Unfortunate that I have to leave a bad review for this location as its not the fault of staff here, they have always been wonderful. But how this business is set up leaves me no choice. Fit4less website says to contact your club if you have questions, but my questions cannot be answered by gym staff, we’ve already tried. What a bad gym. Left my headphones in the truck and went to go get them and now I’m locked out the gym.

This place is disgusting, they let people spit on the floor and don’t do anything about it, pay more to go to another gym. Other gyms are better equipped and don’t let people be disgusting animals. Also the staff I’ve dealt with are utterly useless. Overall worst gym experience of my life.

Gym was better before renovations. They spend all that money but can’t fix their washrooms. Won’t flush efficiently. Need to flush like 10 times before all goes. And one of the two incline bench press still under maintenance for over a year now. Why? I still appreciate that the price is affordable. But just wish they spent money focusing on necessities like efficient washrooms instead of unnecessary crap.
