Extremely unprofessional customer service… I have been coming to this gym daily for more than 2 years. Today (8:30 - 9:00pm) I came to this gym and realized that I forgot my gym card at home. And thought I would sign in at the front counter as they usually let people through… But the guy at the front desk was annoyed and very rude just to help a me out … I mean I understand that it’s my fault that I forgot my card and it was only second time I signed in at the front desk in 2 years …but they could have handled it professiona... read more
