Good services. But was expecting more space and good privacy for black card members in weber street north location. Still i am the member of fit4less happy to use the gym. I am sharing this review so i can expect improvements.

I had an incredible experience with the manager at this location. I moved to Waterloo recently and wanted to change my gym membership so I could access this location instead of my previous one but was having a hard time with it. The manager was incredibly patient, kind and helpful throughout the whole process and was able to get my account all set up. I highly recommend this gym and their incredible staff.
