Isaac here is a great member of their staff!! Super helpful and you can tell he really cares about his job.
Staff messed up my membership cancelation requst and when I talk to manager he didn't returned my renewal cast, he didn't have access to check CT cameras to check when I came to cancel and who i talk to. He didn't even talk to his staff who gave me wrong information rather then that he said ohhh its language barrar so may be you didn't understand what my staff said. When I asked who is your boss can I talk to them and he said I don't have a boss, only me. 🤬
Used to be a good gym now it's probably the worst location in London
I want to share my experience in this gym, a wonderful, kind, friendly named Caroline helped me with my tan today, she patiently and kindly helped me fill out the paperwork before I started tanning and explained to me if I didn’t understand something (English is not my first language). Thank you, Caroline, you are a very kind and helpful person. I am very grateful to you. 10/10
