While using the gym, my experience was generally positive. However, I called to cancel my membership, due to an injury with a long recovery time. The rep advised 30 days notice is required, so they will continue to bill for that time (to be fair, this was disclosed upon signing up). They also noted the annual fee for the following year ($50 + HST) will come due in 10 days, which will be charged, despite the request to cancel in advance. Great gym that is well maintained. 24 hours access. However, it is crammed and even during slow hours you often are waiting to use equipment or needing to ask to work in.

I’ve been to several gyms before, but Fit4Less truly stands out from the rest. The staff are incredibly supportive, friendly, and always ready to help whenever needed. The cleanliness is consistently maintained, which makes working out here very comfortable. The new setup is awesome — it’s well-organized and very easy to navigate, even for new members. Good brand new gym. Size of the gym smaller than the other fit4less gyms
