It's a great gym for the price. They have enough variety of equipment to meet my needs. The only issue is it gets way too busy and then its difficult to get the machine you want. Pack your patience and flexibility.

Best gym gym membership in Ontario. As long as you get the blackboard. The price is right. The access is unlimited. The equipment is very well maintained. This location is the best in Hamilton right now. Stoneycreek is good but they are doing renovations. Fit 4 less is the only choice imo
