I reported a member for continuously making bigoted comments and generally harassing me, and the “manager” basically said it wasn’t true because he didn’t witness it. When I asked one of the employees about another matter with my membership account, (after speaking with them several times) they said their manager is “a bad person” and said he doesn’t really do anything constructive or helpful
