It has just enough equipment for me to get quick workout after my shift. Usually quiet. Nice staff.
Staff was super friendly but and location is clean but it has an open concept change room and shower area they should have private facilities available as well. Nobody wants to get changed in front of other people or shower around other people. This isn't the "Y"
Overall, it’s a great gym with good equipment, a clean environment, and friendly staff. I really enjoy working out here. However, one issue I’ve noticed is that the shower doesn’t always work consistently. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn’t — which can be a bit inconvenient, especially when I have to head straight to work after my session. It would be great if this could be fixed to ensure a more comfortable experience for all members. Looking forward to seeing this improvement soon!
Well kept gym, clean good group of people..standard equipment . I like it..
