I LOVE GOING THE STAFF ARE AMAZING AND ALWAYS MAKE ME FEEL WELCOME
This gym is a joke. I’ve been coming for years now. The staff just seems to be going downhill, none of them care about how it looks and it shows. The facility itself is ALWAYS dirty. Handprints fully on the mirrors, garbage in both the men and women’s changerooms. My wife asked the one young girl who works there with glasses to clean up all the garbage on the benches in front of the lockers and she said it’s not her job to. I love this gym, been going here for a while. However - the new equipment may look nice but it doesn't function nearly as well as the old stuff. If anyone is 5'9 or taller they're going to experience issues with any overhead exercise on the cable machines because the machines are to short. The adduction and abduction machines are also an issue as the placement required for knees are also to short for tall people. All new equipments are awesome. And the changing room are under construction. Everything is getting better now.
I joined there in 2018. I go about 5-6 days a week in the winter & cooler months. They had all Life Fitness brand equipment which I found to be very good to use. Last 2 weeks they removed most of the Life Fitness equipment & replaced with Nautilis brand. I found some of it okay but most of it very awkward to use, The tricep press machine doesn't work that muscle.
