No doubt the gym is good, it’s some people who make the place uncomfortable for girls to workout. Me and my husband visit gym regularly and one day we noticed 2-3 indian boys continuously following a girl who was doing her workout. She was so uncomfortable because of their behaviour, so she didn’t completed her workout and left in the middle. Today, same thing happened with me. That was embarrassing and uncomfortable. The staff should look around for such people, just not stay in the front desk.

I cancelled my Fit4Less membership on May 17, yet they still charged me during the 30-day cancellation period—including an additional “anniversary fee.” I understand the biweekly payments, but charging the annual fee after cancellation is unreasonable. This feels less like policy and more like manipulation. Their rigid, one-sided cancellation terms come across as bullying rather than customer service. Disappointed and frustrated.
