I’ve heard terrible things about Fit4Less but this location is exceptional. It’s huge so it never gets too crowded. It’s clean and well maintained it been one of the better gyms I’ve gone to and whilst it doesn’t have as many amenities as luxury fitness centres in bigger cities (example Altea in Toronto) it is competitive in that they have a wide array of equipment.
I just started back at for 4 less. I hadn’t been in years and was kind of nervous to go back. When I got there Jade was working and she showed me where everything was and was super helpful. She made me feel comfortable about going back and made me want to return again! Thank you Jade!!
