The equipment is decent, but the gym is almost always packed. A lot of the time you have to wait for machines or change your workout because everything is being used. Cleanliness is also a big problem. A lot of people don’t wipe down the machines after using them, and the gym itself could definitely be kept cleaner. What’s also annoying is seeing employees nitpick people over things like wearing slides or Crocs, or multiple people coming in together using one card, while the gym has bigger issues that need attention. As a new Black Card member, I’ve been going to this gym for less than a month, and overall, I’ve had a good experience. The gym environment is generally clean, comfortable, and welcoming. However, I’ve noticed a few maintenance issues. The HydroMassage machines tend to overheat quite often. Some of the other massage chairs also have issues—one of them makes a strange noise, while another has a remote that doesn’t work properly. I came here to upgrade my membership to black card and mistakenly took a add-on . Joel & Ayana were really helpful in resolving my issue. Really appreciate their help.

There is one employee lady today who work at today 4:45 pm she does not know how to talk with there customer. She is also so rude with my friend. I suggest to the owner please teach her to to deal with customers
