Today(04/March/2026) around 3:20 PM, I visited the Fit4Less Westwood Square location with a friend to ask about freezing his membership because he will be travelling to India for two months. There were two female employees at the front desk. When we asked about the possibility of freezing the membership, the older employee immediately said that there is no freeze option and that the membership can only be cancelled with a 30-day notice.
