Rude and unprofessional staff in the evening. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I had a bad experience with the staff working the evening shift at this Fit4Less. I approached him politely with a question, and his attitude was rude, dismissive, and totally unhelpful. It felt like I was bothering him just by speaking. Staff should create a welcoming environment, not make guests feel uncomfortable or like they’re being a nuisance. I expected better. This really changed how I feel about coming here. I absolutely love this location, and the staff here. They are positive , clean and very professional in my opinion. I just wish the "gym goer's" would learn some gym eddikit with cleaning up for themselves.
