I’m really disappointed with the gym’s maintenance and service. Every time a machine breaks down (which is often), it takes weeks or even over a month for it to be repaired. Right now, several treadmills and strength machines are out of order and have been that way for ages. It’s frustrating to pay for a full membership and not be able to use basic equipment. Management doesn’t seem to care or communicate any timelines for repairs. Definitely not worth the price if you're serious about consistent workouts.

The teenage employee stares constantly, it’s creepy and uncomfortable, and it’s making my gym experience miserable. I’ve noticed this multiple times over the past two weeks. This is a safety concern. If management doesn’t take action, I’ll be canceling my membership and reporting it to corporate. Respect and professionalism should never be optional.
