Was a member for a few years. The quality dropped drastically from the days when it was a GoodLife gym. I recently cancelled my membership and was told that it would take 30 days to process - and that I would still be billed twice more. Ridiculous that in this day and age I can't simply cancel my membership immediately without further issues or complications.
I don’t understand the negative reviews. It’s very clean and well maintained in here and the staff are incredibly helpful.
