Terrible experience. The hygiene is poor, machines are constantly broken and can stay that way for days or even weeks, and the staff have been unprofessional. I tried to cancel my membership and was told by an employee that it would automatically end after a month. After a month and another payment, I called again and was told there was no cancellation on my account. When I tried to speak to a manager, I was told that if I died, my membership would “automatically” end. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience.
Nice gym and clean. I didn't put 5 stars jusr because it's too crowded at certain times that you have to change your whole exercises order or you wait people to finish even if you have the black card
Lots of equipment, decent size and wasn't too busy on a Wed Afternoon
