I have been going to Fit4Less in Ottawa since they opened on Baseline Rd. They staff and managers are always pleasant to talk with, are always ready to help, and always take their time with people. Other than equipment breakdowns that can take some yome to repair, the gym is always in good condition, clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Good selection of equipment for beginners to advanced lifters.

Being a black card member, you really get to see the difference between fit4less gyms. This gym is by far the worst one. On hot days, it gets borderline unsafe in there due to lack of proper AC and ventilation. Saying half the machines are always broken would probably be exaggerating but it's definitely close to 50% on any day. Way too many people in there on rush hours. There needs to be some kind of limit of people in there at once. The limit the OBC gives out should be cut in half for gyms. There should not be more people... read more
