Great gym, due in large part to staff member Stephanie. She processed my joining, and I was impressed by her expertise and friendliness. She actually calls me by name when I come in. Good work, Fit4less, hiring good people!
staff is almost always useless, literally never attending the desk.
Like the gym Unfortunately there are too many ol' boys that think they can work out on every machine at the same time, and a group a young women that post up on one of the only two bench press Benchs to do hip thrusts when there is a perfectly good flat bench never being used around the corner.. Gym etiquette has gone straight out the window
