Poorly maintained, dirty locker rooms and restrooms. No soap or paper towels. Their gym is oversold. Unable to workout at a decent time. They sold so many memberships that capacity wasnt taken into account. No manager or leadership present. Dont buy the Black Card Membership. There's no private area for the massage chairs. The private workout area for Black Card Members is open to everyone.
I purchased the black card so I could tan. I wasn’t using the gym so I had no planned to cancel, but my son decided he was going to make use of the card - so I canceled my cancellation request, but they cancelled it anyways- instead of reinstating they watched me walk out the door
