I frequent this fit4less and the one in Guelph very often when I visit my family. This location is so dirty compared to the Guelph one. It doesn’t seem like the staff is ever cleaning, that would be my number 1 complaint. Otherwise, good variety of equipment. The change room is also falling apart, every locker is busted and there’s no full length mirrors in there

Always so busy. The staff are typically nice and keep it pretty clean. The back room is often a mess though people dont put equipment away. They haven't gotten new yoga matt's in years so just 4 crumbling ones left. Lots of cardio equipment and a big open space. Washrooms and water fountain. Waterbeds and massage chairs for black card members.

Mats smell like pee. Manager won’t even plug phone in for a minute at the desk. Good if u need 24/h gym tho. Or as a secondary gym

I wanted to know why am i paying close to 18$ a month for a gym membership where the doors wont even open when i wanted to go in??????? Why it doesn’t let me use my card ? Horrible company
