Bum ahh place forgot my headphones in ma truck now they won’t let me back in for my morning workout card won’t work anymore. Terrible terrible
Very frustrating experience. I pay for a Black Card membership, and when I arrived, the card reader wasn’t working. I was stuck outside with no staff around, and no one answered the support line. I had to wait over 30 minutes or go home and cancel my session. I even asked the cleaner if there was anything he could do, and he just said, “It’s not my problem.” Even a small effort to help would have been appreciated. Paying for premium access and getting locked out is unacceptable.
