New employee Allyson has been working hard, since then the gym is very clean, paper towels full, equipment is being cleaned- amazing employee! Always smiling and greeting members feeling welcome and appreciated. Update the new manager Meghan is in her office with door shut. Still getting a stink eye at me in the gym since my bad review. I had a disappointing experience at Fit4Less due to the behavior of one staff member(Bayan). The employee was disrespectful and unprofessional during our interaction, which made me feel unwelcome. Customer service is an important part of any gym experience, and I hope management addresses this issue to ensure members are treated with respect in the future.

I posted a rating about the new manager Meghan and since then I get a stink eye and talking amongst her employees staring at me in the gym since my bad review. The gym is getting cleaner than before no more out side trainers been seen but still hides in the office with door closed. I did remove the previous rating hoping in good faith things would get better. Unfortunately getting the evil eye from doing so I give this gym a half a star !! BEWARE BEFORE JOINING THIS GYM !!

This is the best gym in the city! Clean and new equipment, plenty of space, and amazing staff. The new management is wonderful and clearly cares about her job! Keep doing your thing team 😎
