Don’t sign up for a membership , your locked in and if u miss payment they lock your account and the penalty is $25 each missed payment and u can’t cancel membership for whole year or more if u don’t cancel properly , real piece of work

New manager Meghan allows personal trainers to train at the Devonshire location, went to staff and manager which allowed the personal trainer who said he was family which was a lie to finish training both clients at the same time. Had to wait 15 minutes for her to come out of her office always in there never on the floor like many other managers. Since the new manager the gym is the dirtiest gym in Windsor especially the bathrooms and paper towels always empty. They never wash the floors weeks of dirt shoe prints throughout ... read more

I wanted to give a shout out and special recognition to a young lady that works there by the name of Bayan. She noticed my young daughter was new to the gym world and went out of her way to make her feel comfortable and tell her if there was anything she ever needed or if there was anybody ever bothering her that she could come up to her and let her know, and she would take care of it.
