I love this place
Good value for your money. Big gym with lots of equipment. My big issue is there are way too many hours where you can’t get a shower because they turn them off at 1030 weekdays and 330 weekends. Last two Sundays in a row I step into the shower at 215pm and there’s no water. Apparently staff just leaves early and they just shut them off. If you like to shower after working out this is not the place for you.
Fit for less Central is the best gym in Windsor. Plenty of equipment, well maintained, clean. The staff are all very friendly, and hard workers. The manager ‘Matt’ is dedicated, hard working, calm and friendly. Great place!
Absolutely disgusting gym. If the staff focused a little more on cleaning, instead of socializing in the office this place would be much better. The change rooms are absolutely filthy, the equipment is never clean and stuff is always “not currently working”. Not even worth the few dollars a month it costs for a membership, it should be free at this point. Don’t waste your time here, you’ll likely get sick.
