Great gym overall. It can sometimes get busy, but considering the location, it’s a good and affordable option.
There is a great group of people that attend the gym at 9100 Blundell road and I would hate to see this gym lose any of them. However, in the past several months many machines are out of order and some of them are "one only" in availability. I don't know what the delay is on the repairs but for a couple of them it has been months. The gym has been well maintained by the staff that clean and pick up debris. Please find a way to fix the machines quicker.
The Richmond location has many nice Nautilus machines. There are several "one only" available machine types. It is frustrating when machines are broken, because it often takes many weeks for Fit4Less to get the machines repaired. They blame waiting on parts, but a lot of these are cable and pulley issues and most use interchangeable parts. Quicker repairs please.
Like it a lot and love the fact that it's open 24/7 but wish it was better well stocked by the time the staff left.
