My experience at the Fit4Less Surrey location has been extremely disappointing. The majority of the equipment is out of order, which is completely unacceptable. It’s frustrating to witness such poor maintenance and lackluster customer service. I genuinely don’t understand how an annual fee is justified when the facilities are not properly maintained. I deeply regret signing up for a membership, and I’m thoroughly dissatisfied with the overall experience at this gym.
its been 3 days , i am noticing that mens bathroom is stinks badly due to blockage and no body clean it .. i tried to reach management but there is no body to whom i can talk . more than half of equipments are broken .. me and my friends already decide to change gym
Shut it down if u guys cant provide good service all the equipment needs to replaced
