Fit4Less Proudfoot is the perfect spot for anyone looking for a well-equipped, affordable gym. The variety of equipment suits all fitness levels. The atmosphere and members are VERY welcoming and kind, and the staff are always super friendly and helpful, and I have great conversations with all of them. The gym is clean, well-maintained, and offers excellent value for the price. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get into the gym without overspending!
I usually go to the westmount gym came to this one because I was in the area and the short girl working today was super rude to me so I won’t be returning.

This is by far the worst customer service and gym experience I’ve ever had. The facility is extremely dirty, and the staff consistently behave in an unprofessional and unhelpful manner. Any time you ask for assistance, their response is simply, “We can’t do anything , this is just how it is.” If you’re looking for a clean, well-managed gym with good customer service, this is definitely not the place.
