Had a great experience during my visit today. Sarah was very welcoming, explained all the membership details clearly, and gave me a complete tour of the gym. She was friendly, patient, and answered all my questions, making the whole admission process smooth and comfortable. Looking forward to starting my fitness journey here.
This is the worst Fit4Less location I’ve visited in London. There are very few machines, the gym feels overcrowded, and the workout area is quite congested. Some of the equipment is uncomfortable to use due to the hard materials. Overall, not a great experience.
