I've been to a few Fit4Less facilities across southern Ontario, and this location still stands head and shoulders above the rest. It's clean, well maintained, and provides almost everything any gym goer of varying experience could ask for. Staff is polite, friendly, and is willing to assist in any way. Site manager Kalyn works with what she's got and she makes it an 11/10!

To the gym management: I need to report an awful situation that happened at your facility today. This was on September 28th, around 11:30 AM-12:00 PM, right near the smith machine area. I witnessed a violent confrontation where one guy was screaming threats at another member, an Indian man. This wasn't just a regular fight—the aggressor actually threatened his life, saying he was going to hit him with a heavy dumbbell.
