Been with this gym over a year or so now, upgraded to black membership. Recently I got notification that payment wasn’t made my account was frozen . Provided bank statements showing that my account was not frozen Got in contact with the manager who had been very helpful . Don’t get me wrong staff are great. The manager brought my information to higher ups. Waiting for a response. My account was closed . My concern is only that they say my account was frozen I PROVED it was indeed not frozen. I had a very disappointing experience at this location on August 19, 2025, around 7 PM. I came in to upgrade my membership, but instead of helping me, the two employees on duty insisted that I use the self-service machine and even told me it would be “easier to do from the website” than with them. That response made it clear they weren’t interested in assisting me in person. I walked in ready to upgrade my membership, but walked out feeling dismissed, unwelcome, and undervalued.
