Hello, I wanted to raise a concern regarding the massage chairs. Recently, Fit4Less changed the system so that the massage chairs can be used by everyone. I have a Black Card membership specifically because of the exclusive access to these machines, and I pay double the monthly amount for that benefit. Now, the massage chairs are constantly occupied by people who are not Black Card holders.
