Good ambience
Super nice people managing and taking care of clients and the facilities at this Erb street Waterloo location. They always make an effort to say "bye" when leaving. Such a nice touch. Very clean and well taken care of.
There are too few back training machines, and there are often many people waiting to use the same one. I don’t understand why there are so many nearly broken-looking cardio machines just sitting there taking up space — no one even uses them!
