Can you people actually hire staff or enforce them to do their jobs? No matter what time of day I call no one answers the phone and when I go in person whether it’s the morning or afternoon there is NEVER a staff member present. What is going on with management. I’ve been overcharged and double charged and there is no customer support line or anything. This gym is genuinely a scam.
What a difference this gym is! I used to go to the Fit4Less right next door to me, but it got too crowded and lack of staff response to issues (where even one was quite serious with no intervention) made me seek another location. Management here do an excellent job, the cleanliness, the friendliness and respectful members is all as a result of the people that run this location on a professional level - keep up the great work - you are the true example on how a gym should be - us members appreciate it!
