This location is always very busy, but has a BIG ISSUE with CLEANING. Plus, they have REMOVED most cleaning stands, leaving JUST 3 STANDS FOR THE WHOLE LOCATION - and even this 3 stands are often empty, with no paper towels and cleaning sprays!!! HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE are using that equipment EVERY HOUR, and they can't even clean after themselves?!?!
There’s genuinely NEVER A STAFF MEMBER THERE. No maintenance, everything is filthy. I found legit poop in one of the change rooms. You pay for what you get but my god can management at least get a staff member to DO THEIR JOB. They are always hiding in the back on their phones while customers are waiting to be serviced
Jake at Fit4Less is amazing! He’s always friendly, approachable, and ready to help whenever you need it. Whether it’s answering questions or just creating a positive vibe in the gym, he really makes the experience better. You can tell he genuinely cares about members and takes pride in his work. Definitely one of the reasons I enjoy coming here!
No staff at the front desk for ages to help with membership or anything else for that matter. Either staff up or don't tell people you have hours with staff available when in reality you don't. This is both at the Dufferin and the Centrepoint Mall locations.
