I recently attended the Lawrence Square location and had several issues. First issue; the staff here is very incompetent. If they ask you to pay your future payments, I wouldn’t listen to them because this will result in a payment still being taken out and an error on their end which they won’t be able to rectify and won’t take onus for their mistake. Many machines broken since months, particularly leg extension They never fix them!!! Edit- one leg extension fixed, one still broken
The only thing okay about the gym is that it's open 24/7. There are no locker rooms. There's very little space, but it's very crowded. There are no showers. When you close your membership, they keep one month's worth of fees, and you have to pay $50 to join.
