Had worst experience yesterday with tall black , staff member, who thought it was professional to raise and project his voice at me in angry manner and tone from across the room. It was very humiliating and embarrassing for me and my children, the last time anyone yelled at me like that was when I was a child. You can't run this gym according to the whims of your employees. I pay money every month to be here, and I want to shower after my workout, but your employees are preventing me from doing so. I don't want to go outside smelling bad like other people. They even turned off the water to prevent me from showering. In short, your employees are a complete disaster. And I can't wait to tell everyone how awful this place is.
