Alot of machines are not working well, or not working definitely, alot, all the time
One of the WORST gyms I have ever seen. Been all over the world, this is worse than a third-world country. Machines always broken, absurdly long wait times. Missing pieces of equipment. Very poor customer service. Workout elsewhere if you value your body and your time!
Terrible experience at this Fit4Less location. The management and staff broke my locker lock without my permission and without any prior notice and removed my personal belongings. I was never informed about any such policy before this happened. When I asked for my belongings, a staff member named PK (tall Black girl) was extremely rude and said they are not responsible for customers’ items and refused to help.
