Terrible experience at this Fit4Less location. The management and staff broke my locker lock without my permission and without any prior notice and removed my personal belongings. I was never informed about any such policy before this happened. When I asked for my belongings, a staff member named PK (tall Black girl) was extremely rude and said they are not responsible for customers’ items and refused to help. Gym is good but wifi speed is horrible!
love the layout, however something needs to be done about people putting their dirty shoes on the mat with all the snow and salt outside there was a point where the mat literally stunk. And also, there’s always a couple dudes who are dressed in really dirty clothes just sleeping on the massage chairs which i’m sure don’t get sanitized.
