This gym gets a lot of crap for no reason. I would give this a 3.5 if google maps allowed it though. The workers and manager (shoutout Jack) clearly care about this gym. Especially Jack, he’s just a nice gym bro who knows how to decently run a gym. When there’s stuff out of order, they usually fix it pretty fast (though repair times tend to be more so on F4L as an organization rather than the specific location). Needs at least 2 more benches. Very crowded
This is a small Fit4Less located above the Independent grocery store. Due to the limited space, there are fewer machines available, but if you go during off-peak hours, you can still get a solid workout without waiting too long for equipment. Since opening, one of the treadmills has been out of commission due to maintenance issues, so it would be great if that could be addressed as soon as possible. I am writing to express deep disappointment with the handling of customer support at Fit4Less. The overall experience is marked by an unforgiving and inflexible approach that shows a complete lack of willingness to negotiate or offer members a second chance. Potential members need to be warned: you must read and fully understand every detail of the policy, because any mistake, no matter how small or accidental, will not be tolerated.
