Management is rude and not helpful at all. I have asked them to cancel my account three different times and I am still being charged hundreds of dollars over and over. Seems like I am not the only one in this situation. No one is even cares enough to simply explain what's happening and what can be done. NEVER dealt with a gym this difficult they don't even reply to the emails THEY asked me to send. Absolutely love the staff at fit4less Orangeville! Have been using this gym for about 4-5 years and always feel extremely welcomed and encouraged by one particular staff member, Nailah!! Whenever im there she is always cleaning machines, mopping the floors, or helping someone using the machines. She is always working extremely hard but will always make time whenever I have a question or concern! Can't imagine using any other gym ♡
Can someone please fix the leg press machine. I have a physio rehab program and it’s one of the main exercises and it’s the whole reason I signed up for this gym. *edit 2026- they have fixed the machine and also renovated. Place is great now.
