Excellent gym with a great setup and a solid selection of equipment. I especially enjoyed using the deadlift and squat platform. The staff are friendly, the atmosphere is welcoming, and everything is clean and well maintained. You can tell there’s a lot of care put into keeping the gym a great place to train!
Weights are always in their place- which is rare at other Fit4less’ - nylah is the greatest
Mid afternoons, which is usually when I go are not really busy, plus you have the option of tanning, massage chair, and a Hydro massage bed highly recommend
I've had a great experience working out here, and Nav is one of the reasons I enjoy coming. She's always friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
Clean, affordable, and they have a nice variety of equipment. Isabelle is always super friendly and welcoming!
