Nice jim
The staff are nice, welcoming, and courteous. There is not enough equipment for everyone, especially the weight room. The gym equipment is falling apart and urgently needs overhauling.
Nice cozy little gym . Have new equipment but very small I think the smallest fit4less I have been too. But none the less I'm glad I was able to get a work out , was visiting family in East end and I just knew there would be a fit4less somewhere near by . Very clean staff from what I seen was cleaning or stocking up
This location is nice—it's affordable and very convenient since it's close to where I live. I have the Black Card membership, which is supposed to provide access to more equipment and a designated workout area. However, due to the small size of this location, there is no separate Black Card workout space available. I do wish there were more equipment options, such as additional barbells and moveable benches for exercises like hip thrusts, and similar movements.
