This gym rocks. It was a great spot for me to have my own space to practice lifting and getting more comfortable with equipment. Tommy and Jess are awesome — friendly, supportive and excellent trainers. Highly recommend this gym! Plus the solo infrared saunas and massage chairs were a perfect addition after a tough workout.
Was really excited to go to this class, I got there early since I was new, and right when I parked, got a message that my class was cancelled. Would have been nice to get an earlier notice than right before the class… won’t be coming back.
Fit321 is the place you want to be for fitness downtown. Check out his recovery through the massage chairs and saunas. Next level stuff. Highly recommended.
Tommy is knowledgeable and his gym is great for those who don't like working out in a crowd. I was able to level up my fitness while in a fun, supportive environment. He changed up the workouts daily and helped me develop great habits that I have held onto even since leaving his studio due to a cross country move! Great guy, great trainer! Enough said!
One of the best gyms I enjoy! Clean kept gym, good environment and Tommy is a great trainer!
