Wonderful group classes. Stacey is great at helping get through those tough sessions.
I absolutely love Fit30!! It is the only gym that I have ever gone where I feel motivated and encouraged to come back every day. I don't dread going, I actually look forward to my workout each day! I love that I can get such an intense workout done in just 30 minutes. The owner, Stacey, is amazing! So sweet and kind, while also being hardcore as a coach. She makes working out fun!! And the childcare is not to be overlooked either. I love their setup and all of the workers! A+ all around!!
Fit30 Fitness is the perfect fit for me! The workouts are great and only 30 minutes. Stacey does a great job challenging and motivating me !!!!
