Service was good
Excellent experience at the Waterford Lakes store. Brandon assisted me and offered me with a couple of different shoes options to help me address my metatarsalgia pain. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job. The store was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, they did not have the shoe color I wanted, in my size. But, I will definitely be back next time I need to buy new shoes. 100% recommended. Thank you.
The asset that this Waterford location has: (ERIC the bike technician) is second to NON. The experience & knowledge he has in his job is hard to find these days. I called 5 other stores to have tubes changed out of a tire.. the customer service alone confirmed I didn’t want to go to any of those other places. I have 4 boys with E bikes, and electric scooters & even though this was the first visit I know it won’t be the last. Fit2run has earned a very loyal customer because of Eric.
