Came in this morning to check out some running socks. Erin assisted me and she was incredibly helpful. Explained to me the differences in the cushioning for Feetures socks, found me samples to try on, and even let me try on the running shoe that I use so I can see how they feel together. Ended up buying much more than I had planned to. Will definitely be back and request her assistance again!
I am a big fan of the Hoka Clifton but I didn't like the color I bought online. I was in the area so I stopped by this location to see if I can exchange the pair I bought with another color. I was greeted by Paul, who's the manager and let me tell you, he was super helpful and knowledgeable. He made the exchange a breeze but not only that, he spent a good 20 minutes showing me different shoes who are comparable to the Cliftons. He was patient and at no time did I feel rushed. Found this place online, since I recently have gotten more into running. The main thing that interested me was the shoe scan. I went in and immediately was greeted by one of the sales reps who walked my wife and I through the entire process. They brought out multiple different shoes that matched my scan and discussed the reasoning behind each shoe. We ended up both buying a pair and I purchased the membership as I plan to go back again. Great experience
Their in store stock is horrible. They never have any shoes in stock. They will place an internet order and have shoes ship out to you but will take longer than a week. The customer service at corporate is horrible and can’t tell where the order is at or ETA. The membership they provide is NOT worth it and it’s non-refundable. If your looking for running shoes look elsewhere unless your looking for headaches. Avoid at ALL cost.
Very pleasant shopping experience this afternoon. Went into the store to exchange a pair of shoes purchased online. The young lady who assisted us was very helpful and friendly. During the try on for the new size she noticed that I wear insoles that were a bit worn; she kindly suggested that they carry the brand and ended up selling them to us as well. Above and beyond. Will definitely be back to shop at this location. Thank you!
