After fitting me for one size, they ordered are different size without telling me because they didn't have my size in the color I want. Really disappointing for a runner's store that in theory understands the importance of wearing the right shoes. I returned the shoes and it was a colossal waste of time.
Edit: 2 years after this review, I stopped by for some running gels while I was in the area. They were out of almost all gels, and the remaining selection of supplements was extremely limited. This is a running store that clearly does not offer a selection of products fit for serious runners, and consistently disappoints. I had an incredible experience here at this location. Shay helped me out when it came too picking the right shoe and observing how my important it is to find the right shoe for your specific foot. She’s very knowledgeable and I definitely recommend here when it comes to finding the right shoe fit.
Went in to get my first pair ever of real shoes. Nico spent some quality time with me explaining all the different types, checking what I needed, and what would work best. I ended up leaving with 2 shoes, insoles, and a membership! The customer service was amazing, and I'm a pretty good judge of this with 20+ years working in retail. Nico: you rock!
Came in this morning to check out some running socks. Erin assisted me and she was incredibly helpful. Explained to me the differences in the cushioning for Feetures socks, found me samples to try on, and even let me try on the running shoe that I use so I can see how they feel together. Ended up buying much more than I had planned to. Will definitely be back and request her assistance again!
