I had an incredible experience here at this location. Shay helped me out when it came too picking the right shoe and observing how my important it is to find the right shoe for your specific foot. She’s very knowledgeable and I definitely recommend here when it comes to finding the right shoe fit.
Went in to get my first pair ever of real shoes. Nico spent some quality time with me explaining all the different types, checking what I needed, and what would work best. I ended up leaving with 2 shoes, insoles, and a membership! The customer service was amazing, and I'm a pretty good judge of this with 20+ years working in retail. Nico: you rock!
Came in this morning to check out some running socks. Erin assisted me and she was incredibly helpful. Explained to me the differences in the cushioning for Feetures socks, found me samples to try on, and even let me try on the running shoe that I use so I can see how they feel together. Ended up buying much more than I had planned to. Will definitely be back and request her assistance again!
I am a big fan of the Hoka Clifton but I didn't like the color I bought online. I was in the area so I stopped by this location to see if I can exchange the pair I bought with another color. I was greeted by Paul, who's the manager and let me tell you, he was super helpful and knowledgeable. He made the exchange a breeze but not only that, he spent a good 20 minutes showing me different shoes who are comparable to the Cliftons. He was patient and at no time did I feel rushed. Found this place online, since I recently have gotten more into running. The main thing that interested me was the shoe scan. I went in and immediately was greeted by one of the sales reps who walked my wife and I through the entire process. They brought out multiple different shoes that matched my scan and discussed the reasoning behind each shoe. We ended up both buying a pair and I purchased the membership as I plan to go back again. Great experience
