Staff goofing off, joking around, helpful but not professional
Great place to buy shoes. The African American young man was very helpful and attentive. I didn't feel like this since I left my own country, Brazil when buying shoes.
Jaylon (sp?) went above and beyond to help me with an online order I had placed. After not being able to speak with anyone from the online avenues (telephone, text, email), I called the local store. Jaylon found the order in the system and after checking inventory, he took over the order, and is shipping the shoes to me. Thank you Fit2Run and Jaylon!!

I visited yesterday to get a new pair of running shoes. The ones I had were very old and had holes in them. The employees did not judge me for that and instead helped me find a pair of shoes that was unique to me and would help me run my best. The employee that helped me was named Landon, and they were very helpful. They scanned my feet and explained what the results meant and even helped me find budget friendly options. Overall, it was a quick but fulfilling trip.
