I was really looking forward to purchasing a new pair of running shoes. I was never greeted and my husband had to find someone to help me. When someone came over they weren't very knowledgeable about the shoes and my husband and I left very disappointed. Please train your staff to greet people coming through. I understand when there are a lot of people in the store but at least acknowledge someone.

I have shopped here a couple of times and must say that these were some of the nicest and most customer oriented people. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I had to make a return by way of mail and it was painless. Definitely one of my must stops at Disney springs.

So disappointed! The customer service was horrible! The employees never once asked if I needed help or even greeted me upon entering. When I made my purchase the employee didn't say a word to me. I was planning on making a shoe purchase & later bring my husband by also, we are from out of state. I am no longer planning to. As an avid runner I was excited to come across a running store as large as this place is. Please inform your employees they need a training in customer service, for runners of all types.
I was very happy with my purchase and impressed by their customer service. They really stuck by their exchange with in 30 days if not satisfied policy.
