Awesome instructor awesome workout full body workout
Katie is absolutely awesome! She had my form corrected in just minutes and I could feel the difference in my back and glutes. She stayed with me through a 2k as I got the hang of the new moves, and was very committed to my success! I wish I lived in Orlando area.. this would be my everyday routine!!
Really welcoming studio!! It was my first time coming to a class like this, and it was like spin class but with row machines. It was a lot of fun and a very welcoming environment - you can tell the regulars have a great community and the owner Katie was extremely friendly and made sure I had a great workout. I definitely plan to return and incorporate this into my rotation of studios. Highly recommend!
