The best part of this gym is my PT Ross Walker. Absolutely amazing at keeping me on track and accountable and pushing me week to week. Bella’s classes are amazing. I used to do classes at BFT and these classes are just as good for $15 a week instead of $65!
Just did my first 1 on 1 with Bella. She exceeded expectations 10 fold. She really knows how to push you without being too tough. Her attention to detail is outstanding, like all the girls at 24/7

THE BEST GYM EVER! BELL AND BELLA AND ANNA ARE THE BEST AND HAVE SOOO MUCH KNOWLEDGE ON HOW TO KEEP THE GYM CLEAN. IT IS VACUUMED EVERY DAY!
I've been doing a few PT sessions with Bella, who has made me feel so much more comfortable in the gym environment. She has take the time to familiarise me with the equipment and has been so encouraging and helpful in understanding how to start my fitness journey. Would highly recommend Bella for 1:1 PT!!
