My favourite part about training at Fit247 is without a doubt, PT Ross. He genuinely cares, knows his stuff and gets real results - and still manage have a giggle along the way. Couldn’t ask for a better trainer
Nice gym. Not huge but has everything you need. Can definitely get busy during times youd expect it to be. To me Ross is a great personal trainer, type of guy to save you tons of trouble from poor form and the injuries and imbalances that come as a result of that. And help you out with understanding what works for you.

I’ve had the pleasure of training at Fit 24/7 for many years now. The management is great and are always there to help. The people are lovely and it has created an incredible community that I am lucky to be a part of! Also love the free group training sessions!
I’ve been training with Ross for 6 months and he is the best trainer I’ve had. Professional and friendly at the same time, cares about his clients and genuinely wants the best outcomes for them. He really knows his stuff. He’s got me back on track with my health and fitness goals and I highly recommend him to anyone
