The moment I step into this gym, I can feel the positive energy buzzing. It’s the kind of place that inspires me to push harder and stay focused throughout my entire workout.
Been training here for several months and it's been a great experience. For a smaller gym the equipment selection is fantastic; it even has a side delt machine. The gym is never crowded, and I've often had the place to myself. The members I do see all seem polite and easygoing. Best of all, it's super affordable! Two thumbs up.
Fantastic personal training by Luke, and great little gym. Luke knows his stuff and goes above and beyond in making sure it’s all about the client to achieve the results they’re looking for. If your’e looking for a PT that actually cares, highly recommend!
