best gym, hands down. caring, friendly staff. trainers are helpful but don’t crowd you. always extremely clean and sanitized. best part: 24/7. never been to a gym i have enjoyed more, and i’m sad to go! (only reason i’m leaving is for moving) HIGH recommend. 11/10
I’ve had a great experience working with my trainer Ray. I really appreciate that he is fully present during our sessions and stays focused on the workout. Every session is productive and centered on helping me improve. His nutrition recommendations are excellent and align well with my philosophy of pursuing optimal health through a whole-food, plant-focused approach. Coach Ray is AWESOME! The gym is always clean and the crowd is wonderful!
My husband and I have been coming here for about five months and have really enjoyed it! The gym is always clean and well-kept, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is great. Overall, it’s a great place to work out and I’d definitely recommend it!
