Ray is an excellent gym instructor who brings great energy and professionalism to every session. He is knowledgeable, motivating, and always takes the time to make sure exercises are done with proper form and technique. When I started at Fit 24, I had high blood pressure, high cholesterol and my A1C was 9.2. With the guidance and support from Ray with proper exercise and healthy eating, my latest doctor appointment, my blood pressure is normal, my cholesterol levels are normal and my A1C is 6.2.
