The franchise owner is very friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible to his client’s needs. The location is also very convenient, and the equipment top tier. Highly recommend this location, as well as its sister locations in Jax Beach and Southside/Tinseltown area.
It was amazing! Connor is a great trainer and takes good care of me and my wife! Definitely a great place to work out!!! Their system is really well fleshed out! Fit20 is incredible! I've been training with Conner for over 6 months and my strength has increased by over 40%. I lift people over my head in dance lifts and throw them for a living.
