I have been going to Fit.1 for the last 3 years and I have loved every minute of it. Great atmosphere, instructors, classes and friends. Highly recommend Fit.1! P.S. this review is from Brandee Litty:)

Amazing place with amazing people! Misty had a vision and made it come to life! Fit.1 truly is a place for everyone and every fitness level! The classes are challenging and fun! Misty puts a lot of time into making her classes a thorough and complete workout. And she makes sure the other instructors do the same. Misty is passionate about fitness and it shows through her professional and personal life! Plus she and Paul are just fun people! If you are remotely interested in group fitness this is the place to be!
