The Silver Sneakers classes here teach safe exercising for lifetime fitness. Fit Your Way 30A always offers a friendly welcome, a clean and well lit facility, and programs designed for full time or seasonal residents. BY BEING UP FRONT ON HER CHARGES AND REFUNDS. I ATTENDED one Silver Sneakers class; I paid $80 by credit card for a series of classes per owners request as she explained my medicare didn't cover the class. I had received a family emergency needing to leave the area for several weeks and requested a refund... No way she says... ... wrong. Just wrong. I wouldn't return as I would never feel comfortable or trust the owner in any department.

She is so tuned in to our needs and always allows us to go gentle or go further into a pose. It can be easy on you but it can take everything you’ve got too. Come participate at 11am on the above days! You’ll be glad you did! (And we have men there too)
