Fit with Tasha is a great experience. She can relate to us. She’s a busy working mom. She knows what it’s like to want to lose the weight but think you don’t have the time. She will show you that you do have time & she will create a meal plan that makes you fall in love with healthy eating. Because of her I lost 30lbs. Not only that, she’s teaching me how to maintain the weight. If you are wondering should you try her the answer is YES! You will not be disappointed.
