I joined Fit with Lit just a few months ago and it has been a complete game changer for me. The classes have been challenging, enjoyable, and fun. I had a regular gym pass + ClassPass before I joined Fit with Lit but my workouts had no structure. It's nice to join a class where the instructors tell you exactly what you need to do, and you get a great workout in just 50 minutes (versus 2-3 hours in a regular gym). Great classes, great atmosphere!! I took a mat Pilates class with Mayan and it was absolutely amazing!! I really feel it the next day, in the best way possible. She knows what she’s doing and is enthusiastic. All the staff are super friendly!! :)
Ive been taking classes here for 3 weeks now and my favorite classes so far are Pilates with Nikki and Carly, booty burn with maya and dance and define with Dominique. Highly recommend this place, super fun and always a welcoming energy :)
Officially hit 100 classes at Fit with Lit! Honestly greatful for the amazing iourney of self-growth physicalily and mentally. Such a great Pilates studio with a warm, welcoming vibe. I love that it’s woman-owned and thoughtfully run. Lit is very passionate about her business is such an inspiration. The classes mix Pilates with functional movement that actually helps in daily life. Great customer service, very friendly environment, Highly recommend!
