Went for the self defense class with Bryan Edge. It was really good
Fit with Fletch is an amazing studio!!! All of the instructors are incredibly nice and caring. There is a great supportive, and non-judgement atmosphere in the studio. The classes are fun and adaptable to every fitness level. With the help of the wonderful instructors at Fit with Fletch, I have been able to drop 25lbs in the last four months. I am so thankful to finally find a place with workouts that i genuinely enjoy and look forward to doing!!
I tried the bounce class and loved it!! It’s such a great workout in little time. 30 minutes is all it takes to make a difference for overall health and wellness. If you’re on the fence about trying it, I’m sure you can find 30min to spend on yourself. The instructors are amazing and truly care. You don’t have to be coordinated or athletic to do it. Fun for all ages. Just give it a try!
Well organized, Fun classes. Lots of class options. Love the bounce and boot camp classes. Sheri is a lot of fun to work with and cares about each individuals needs. Highly recommended
Sheri the owner and all the other instructors are all SO great. I felt very welcomed and comfortable at class. They kicked my butt but I didn’t have any knee pain after the class or the next day from class. I like it so much that I sent my kids to summer camp there for the week. My kids loved going, the girls were full of energy and entertainment. I highly recommend you check this place out. So many options and booking classes online is super easy with the app.
