Celeste helped me train for a 5K, 10K, and half marathon. I couldn't ask for a better trainer to help with the physical and mental aspects of training.
Celeste is very knowledgeable, gives an excellent work out, and is able to modify exercises to meet your needs.
I’ve worked out with Celeste as my trainer many times and she is awesome. She modified movements for those that need it but can also push you to new limits. Especially awesome for moms looking for a great post baby workout.
Great at customizing workouts based on the individual!
