Awesome 1st class tonight for my daughter and I! I’ve driven by the location all the time and wanted to visit, well today was the day. Wanted my daughter in high school to learn self defense before college, and decided to join her in a class. It was a fun workout and I learned some techniques day 1 that will last me a lifetime! Thank you Shihan! Appreciate the education and learning some techniques!

I enjoyed this class. Instructor Shihan is very knowledgeable, skilled and patient. The participants were friendly, welcoming and encouraging. It was an all around nice environment! It will be a normal part of my fitness journey
