During the class, he is constantly gauging your ability to grasp the lesson and matches the level of his instruction to your potential. I recently started kickboxing here, and I’ve had such a positive experience! The trainer is incredibly patient and takes his time explaining each movement, making sure I understand the proper technique without ever making me feel rushed. He’s personable and easy to talk to, which makes being new to the class much more comfortable. The gym is clean and well maintained, and the welcoming atmosphere makes me look forward to coming back. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in trying kickboxing, especially beginners!

Amazing kickboxing experience! The class was high-energy, challenging, and fun from start to finish. The instructor was motivating, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone felt comfortable regardless of experience level. I got a great workout, learned some new techniques, and definitely left feeling accomplished. The atmosphere was positive and welcoming. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun way to get in shape, relieve stress, and push themselves. Definitely coming back!
