Good class! Was my first time doing any sort of kickboxing or self-defense, and the instructor was very good about teaching me the basics and allowing me to take my time. The punching sequences were a super fun exercise. Would try it out again!

Took my first class here. I have social anxiety and very introverted but the environment truly was welcoming and encouraging. I have now signed up for a membership, and although I'm sore as heck, I will be returning this week! Just come out!
Instructor was great. Fun and teachable instructor. Will definitely be back for more lessons
Great workout. I really enjoyed it. I haven't worked out in awhile, but I was surprised I got through the whole session and the time just flew by! I will be back!
