Working out has always been something I would dread doing. I signed up for personal training and spin classes because a friend told me I should. Peer pressure is awful. I was certain I was going to hate everything, especially spin, and she would be scraping me off the floor when the class was done. Much to my surprise, I felt great after each class so, I keep going back. :)

I highly recommend having a party with Fit Together Wellness Studio. Emily was a great party host. She did everything from ordering the food, setting up, decorating, and entertained the kids the entire party. I was able to sit back and take pictures and enjoy the moments.
The owner, Emily, is super personable and wants to make sure her gym is a safe and comfortable place for you to fulfill your health and fitness goals. I found myself actually missing going to the gym when my family was sick and I couldn't go for several weeks which is not my norm. I HIGHLY recommend FTWS!
I’ve attempted countless weight loss and exercise programs, and worked with other fitness/wellness coaches over the years- only to give up and quit.
