Medically everything was fine, they did let me know out of pocket expense before arrival. My only complaint is it felt very impersonal. Everything was very fast. Just felt like I was being processed through.

Professional staff, excellent bedside manner
I had a knee replacement and prior to the surgery, I had an anesthesiologist give me a nerve block. He must’ve missed the nerve because there was no effect. This is an outpatient center, and when I got through surgery, the pain was so bad I could not get out of bed and the staff was trying to force me. They filled me with more pain pills and then in about an hour I gave it a try and got on my walker and did some steps. They then released me. What a horrible experience.
The surgery went well. No issues with the care. HOWEVER, my final payment in February was double billed to my bank. And it's been over 2 months without a refund. The authorization for my refund was March 26. Still haven't received any money. And apparently there is no way to contact the finance department to find out why I don't have my refund yet. Unfair. If I missed a payment, you can be sure they would be hounding me for the money, right?
