I highly recommend Fit to Fly for anyone starting out in aerial arts. Jackie is absolutely wonderful, so helpful and patient, and meets people where they are at. She always hypes you up when learning something new, too! I have learned so much about aerial silks (and myself) since becoming a student here, and I always have so much fun!
I've been taking aerial split silks at Fit to Fly for about three years, and I highly recommend it! Jackie is a great teacher. She is always welcoming and encouraging, and she creates such a supportive community feeling in her group classes. She's excellent at teaching to all levels and offering modifications to make more challenging moves accessible. I've gained strength, flexibility and confidence, and I've had fun doing it.
